REFUND POLICY
We guarantee items to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from us, contact us within 30 days
of purchase we will exchange it, replace it or refund your money at our option.
Returns must be shipped insured in original packaging w/all paperwork. Refunds
exclude shipping fees unless item not as described. This warranty does not
include incidental or consequential expenses. No other warranty is implied.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Luvia Jewelry, we strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You may exchange jewelry within 30 days. Returns and exchanges are not allowed on custom personalized designs and ear piercing earrings, Jewelry must be in good condition, unaltered and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions. If you are looking for an exchange and you want your item as soon as possible, place a new order for the new item and send back the original item for a refund.
All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original
purchase.
Credit and Debit Cards – The same account will be credited.
Check – A refund check will be issued from our corporate office
and mailed within 21 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service
charge.
Gift Card – Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift
card/voucher. Gift cards cannot be returned (except where required by law).
Exchanges Accompanied by Gift Receipt – You may return your item
for a gift card/voucher within 14 days of the purchase date.
CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY – Ticketed prices refer to the original
ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales.
Intermediate markdowns may have been taken before the clearance prices shown.
Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance
prices are available for as long as inventory exists.
Return By Mail
If there is damage to an item upon delivery, Please call our
contact center immediately at 480-433-9292 for assistance.
1. Please read the
information on your original packing slip.
2. Pack the item
securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy
of the packing slip.
3. If you do not have
your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone
number, email address, and order number.
4. All return shipping
charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection,
we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and
tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship

5. Keep the Return
Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package
is returned to our distribution center.
6. You can expect a
refund within 3 weeks of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be
credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
